Requirements

Tourist - Passport valid for at least 6 months. 1 completed application form, 1 passport size colour photo on a white background, Proof of Employment i.e. a letter on headed notepaper from Supervisor or HR. Copy of Hotel Confirmation issued by Kazakh authorised tour operator or hotel.

Business - Passport valid for at least 6 months. 1 completed application form, 1 passport size colour photo on a white background, letter from UK Company on headed notepaper, Invite issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required for multiple visa applications.
