Copy of hotel accommodation.

Original Yellow Fever certificate.

Business

All the above with the addition of a business introduction letter. This letter should be on company letterheaded paper, include the name of the applicant, specify the purpose of journey, include the name of the company/organisation to be visited, specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required and include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant whilst in Liberia.
