Requirements

Valid passport ( 6 months beyond stay).

1 application form.

2 passport-size photos.

Letter of invitation which must match the company letter & visa form with regard to duration and type of visa requested.

Company letter which must match the invitation & visa form re duration and type of visa requested.

Must also confirm financial responsibility including all expenses, or a bank statement will be requested.

Copy or original bank statement - Last 3 bank statements showing sufficient funds.

Copy of information page of the applicant's passport.

Question 17 on the visa form to include name of airline carrier
