Business:

Passport with at least one blank page, valid for 6 months beyond entry date, with no Israeli stamps.
Two passport sized photos taken on a white background within the last 6 months
Copy of hotel confirmation.

A business introduction letter, addressed to the Yemen High Commission, 57 Cromwell Rd, London SW7 2ED, which must be on company letterhead paper. The letter should include the name of the applicant, specify the purpose of journey, include the name of the company/organisation to be visited, and include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant.
